All major castings, including the bed, column, and saddle, are made with sufficient material strength and rigidity to ensure stable performance during long-term operation. We never compromise on casting quality.
We prioritize proven and internationally recognized components whenever possible (NSK/KOYO bearings, THK/HIWIN linear guide rail, Schneider/CHINT electricals). This is not only for stability, but also to ensure that customers can easily purchase replacement parts in their local markets.

Precision Manufacturing & Assembly

Critical components are manufactured and processed according to strict dimensional and tolerance requirements.
Experienced technicians carefully perform alignment adjustment, mechanical calibration and component fitting to ensure smooth operation and machining stability.
Before testing, each machine receives final adjustments to ensure it meets standard precision.

Comprehensive Machine Testing

Each CNC machine undergoes laser calibration testing to verify positioning accuracy and ensure machining performance meets technical requirements.
Before shipping, every machine must pass both continuous idling tests and cutting trials.

Pre-shipment Quality Inspection

Before any machine leaves China, JingOne performs an independent pre-shipment inspection based on our internal checklist. Only after completing the inspection process will the machine be approved for shipment.
Before shipping, we will provide our customers with a complete inspection report and a pre-shipment video proof.
